The location was unbeatable, close enough to the center, the lake, supermarkets and the train station as well as the old town, and the free parking was an excellent bonus.

The apartments were so cozy and homey, I instantly felt comfortable and at ease. It was like staying in my own little haven. The kitchenette was fully equipped with a dishwasher, making it convenient for me to cook and enjoy meals in my room. The cable flat-screen TV in the seating area provided great entertainment options, keeping me entertained during downtime. The single and double rooms were furnished beautifully and had a warm and welcoming ambiance. The location was perfect, just a short bus ride away from the rooms, making it easy for me to navigate around the area.

Personally, I found the TV with cable channels in the rooms to be a bit limited, but I understand that others may still find it enjoyable.

It was fairly clean and the staff were affable and helpful, beds were fine. The location was marvellous for traveling around Zug, near easy to find, the lake, and the old town. It also was easy to get to from the Station.

the room was well-organised and large, had comfortable and included a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. could cook our own meals in a handy kitchenette.

We loved superior apartment provided with good shower etc and the laundry machines, for instance. Every member of the staff was amiable. The location was favourable, within easy walking distance of Zuger Veloverleih.

Straightforward check-in process, with parking available right here. the room was exceptionally clean and super spacious, boasting a comfy bed and a nice private bathroom. 🚗

Great location, close to center, lake, supermarkets, and train station. Perfect room with comfy beds, tidy bathroom, useful kitchen, and a pleasant balcony. Convenient check-in and out with the JUSTinApp, even accommodated early check-in and late check-out. Will definitely return next time.

The spacious and clean rooms were well-equipped with Wi-Fi, coffee, and a cozy couch, and we especially enjoyed having a bathtub; the central location was convenient, being near Guthirt Kirche.

I recently stayed at the Anstatthotel in Zug for a few nights and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean and the kitchen had everything I needed. The bed and sofa were really comfortable, and the bathroom was perfectly good. I found the hotel to be good value for money, especially considering the prices in the area. The app for the contactless check-in worked fine, and the communication was excellent. The apartments were modern and clean, with all the basic facilities available. The location was also convenient, with Zug Bahnhof only a 10-minute walk away, and there were some nice restaurants nearby.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. The prices are very reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location of this hotel is perfect, with easy access to all the attractions in the area. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The basic amenities in the room are sufficient, and the rooms themselves are big, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, very close to the train station and just a short walk away from the city center. the rooms are comfortable with clean linens and offer amenities such as coffee makers and kettles. Using electronic keys from a phone is easy and efficient.

The hotel has poor customer service, as one customer was charged twice and never received a response to their complaint.

We had a comfortable stay at Anstatthotel Zug - Contactless Check-In. The use of the electronic key from our phone made check-in easy. The room was clean and had all the essential amenities we needed for our short stay. The location was also convenient and easy to get to from the station.

The location of the accommodation made it easy to go anywhere in town, and the self-check-in and checkout process was quite smooth. The spacious room and the cleanliness of the accommodation were a definite plus, and it provided a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere during our stay.

The lack of amenities in the room was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have access to some basic items like soap, salt, and pepper in the kitchen, especially at the given price point.
